The On Ramp course is designed to teach anyone who has never tried or experienced Crossfit before to learn the basic and fundamental movements used at our Box.

This contains 6 hour long sessions, or classes, that will go over all movements and build up the confidence for beginners or even advanced members to get to better understanding of how to move safely and quickly through any movement in the daily work outs as well as well as getting the opportunity to experience some minor Crossfit workouts.

Any new member wanting to participate and join Twins Crossfit will need to complete this course and show an understanding of all motions and movements before booking into other classes.
